AI applied to the manufacturing floor

For us AI is a process, not a slogan. Built on production know-how and shop-floor data, we apply AI in real work — additive-process inspection, equipment predictive maintenance and operational systems.

AI additive-process defect inspection

AI-based inspection from the AI Voucher program automatically judges dimensions and defects in additive builds. It reduces human-inspection variance and supports consistent production-grade quality decisions.

Agentic AI in operations

We embed agentic AI into operational systems such as MES and QMS so it interprets data on its own and proposes or executes the next action. Beyond simple automation, it proactively supports shop-floor and office work.

On-premise CNC predictive maintenance

We analyze vibration, current and temperature from shop-floor CNC machines on on-premise servers to detect tool wear and failure signs in advance. Learning and inference run locally, securing data while raising equipment utilization.

Generative AI at work
