Mass Production
We supply mass-produced metal parts for aerospace, medical, heat exchangers and more — applying the 100 ppm mass-production DNA and IATF 16949 quality system we built in automotive components directly to additive manufacturing.
Printing the future in metal — your additive manufacturing partner from design to series production, powered by in-house machines and automated post-processing.
Advanced Additive Manufacturing (AAM) builds parts layer by layer from metal powder. CY Autotech carries the quality discipline earned in automotive volume production straight into additive — aiming not at one-off prototypes, but at repeatable, production-grade quality.
We commercialize additive manufacturing on two axes — customer part production and equipment supply. The same technology is validated on production lines and in the equipment lineup.

We supply our additive manufacturing equipment lineup — The Metal 200/300/500 printers plus CY-CNC and DP400 post-processing automation — to external customers. The equipment is designed and manufactured by our affiliate CY Metal Co., Ltd.
Not a buzzword, but measurable value in cost, weight and process.
Lattice structures and topology optimization shed weight while keeping stiffness — decisive where every gram drives performance, as in mobility and aerospace.
Upfront simulation cuts trial and error, and material is added only where needed to minimize raw-material loss — especially favorable for low-volume, customized production.
Consolidating several parts into one geometry removes assembly and joining steps and trims inventory — shorter lead times and a simpler supply chain.
We develop and operate both The Metal printing series and our own post-processing automation in-house.

DepowderingNot a single industry — wherever the strengths of additive manufacturing apply.

We produce copper hairpins and winding components central to electrified powertrains. Freely designing conductor geometry and fill factor raises motor efficiency and power density — a natural extension of our HVAC volume-production heritage into electrification.

Here stiffness-to-weight is performance. Lattice and topology optimization maximize structural efficiency, while consolidating multiple parts into one geometry cuts part count and assembly risk — exactly where additive shines for low-volume, high-value parts.

We address parts that demand personalization and precision at once, such as patient-specific implants and porous surface structures. The Metal 200 was designed from the start with precision medical components in mind.

Rapid sourcing of discontinued and low-volume parts and field responsiveness matter here. Additive forms geometry directly without tooling to shorten lead times, while light, stiff designs contribute to equipment performance.

We apply additive manufacturing to tooling such as cutting tools, tool holders, and spindles. Freely designed internal cooling channels and lightweight lattice structures extend tool life and improve machining efficiency, while complex one-piece geometries cut weight and assembly effort.

We apply additive manufacturing to tire molds (segments), integrating intricate tread and sipe patterns with fine venting structures in a single build. Freely designed micro venting channels and lightweight lattice backing—hard to machine conventionally—improve molding quality, lighten the mold, and shorten lead time for new pattern development.
From the PBF process flow and the metal materials we work with, to the validation framework that secures production-grade quality — explore our additive capabilities one level deeper.
